During My Jane’s last month or so, it was obvious that our 8 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Dolly, was not very well.
Often off her food, but still mostly enjoying a walk.
We’d decided she was “just” sensitive to our situation in the way that dogs can be and carried on.
Today, even though it was the day after My Jane died, it was obvious Dolly still wasn’t well so I took her to an emergency vet appointment.
£200 lighter and multiple blood tests later…it was determined, after all, that there was nothing wrong with her and she is likely just dealing with the turmoil of the last month in her own way. All will be well in due course.
What a relief!
